This is a “multilingual glossary of PSEA terminology in 32 languages”. It aims to “make communication on PSEA more accurate, consistent and appropriate to each context. With the right words, organizations can better ensure that people can be heard and receive the support they need.”
“Knowing which words to use isn’t always straightforward, especially when communicating across cultures and about sensitive or traumatic issues. This is certainly true for those working on protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA).”
Clear Global “developed this glossary in collaboration with partner agencies including the International Organization for Migration, Safeguarding Resource and Support Hub, CDAC Network, H2H Network, CHS Alliance, UNICEF, and other members of the Inter-Agency Standing Committee”.
