Ce document explique quels sont les principaux objectifs pour renforcer le mécanisme de prévention de l’EAS et du AS du HCR.

Il comprend des objectifs stratégiques qui sont traduits en objectifs organisationnels :

1. S’assurer que les mécanismes de signalement des cas sont connus, accessibles et inspirent la confiance

2. Veiller à la sécurité et à la protection des personnes qui signalent des actes d’exploitation et d’abus sexuels et de harcèlement sexuel

3. Continuer à renforcer notre capacité d’enquête et nos procédures disciplinaires

4. Veiller à la responsabilisation du personnel, et des managers en particulier

5. Assurer la responsabilisation organisationnelle
