Ce code de conduite énonce les standards et les comportements attendus des personnes qui œuvrent pour SUCO et va de pair avec le contrat de travail, le contrat de volontariat ou l’entente de partenariat qui doit être signé. Il inclut aussi le devoir des employés, bénévoles ou volontaires de signaler les violations au code de conduite en s’adressant à son supérieur immédiat ou en utilisant la procédure de dénonciation anonyme qui est décrite dans la Politique contre le harcèlement, les abus et les agressions à caractère sexuel.
