“This handbook provides an overview of the steps an organization can take to create and implement a successful Prevention and Response Program (PRP), including
1) getting started by identifying sexual harassment, exploitation, and abuse (SHEA) leads, the primary SHEA program resources at the organization;
2) establishing a SHEA 7 Prevention Task Force to lead the creation and implementation of the PRP;
3) building a comprehensive SHEA PRP, including developing policies and procedures to address SHEA; delivering training and outreach; and establishing mechanisms to ensure the successful monitoring, evaluation, and learning around the program.”
